Tanning for upcoming wedding

One of my customers has a really fair skin and is scheduled for tanning sessions in order to look perfect in her gown. Some wedding gowns do look good on the brides if they have slightly tan skin, but if you don't have the budget to do so and the rumours of skin cancer really bugs you, the trick will be in choosing the right gown and some make up tips.

Tanning process will only harm your health if you do it regularly. Anything that you do too much never gives good results. Go to a reputable tanning service, ask your friends for recommendation and ask them anything you'd like to know about tanning effects on skin and the process. Gradual tanning process is highly recommended since you do not want to look "baked" in some places.

Still doubtful? Get some tips on make ups that will help tone down your skin colour (face and neck area) a wee bit. If your gown has a low back and you don't wear a veil, you might need to apply make ups on that area also. It sounds like a lot of hassles, but a professional make up artist will know exactly what to do and after all you will only have to go through this on your wedding day, not before and not after.

Proud with your fair skin? Even better, you are happy to be yourself. Try to avoid white gowns, go with off white or creme or other colours if you are flexible enough. Take extra care on your skin since it will be contrast against your gown colour and it is harder to hide marks of any kind if your skin is fair.
